Refund / Return Policy

Please note that you have up to 30 days from the delivery date of your package to exchange your items. Exchanges will only be granted if the item(s) arrived damaged, or in the event that you received the wrong item(s). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Damages and Issues with Items upon Arrival 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  


Wrong Item / Wrong Address / Customer Error

In the event that you place an order for the wrong items and or to the wrong address, first attempt to cancel your order. If it is too late or does not work please contact support immediately via email support@wheres981.com. You may be charged a restocking fee of 35% and the full cost of the return shipping if your item is already mailed out by the time you contact support. We have such a strict policy due to the fact that each item is checked by hand, and inspected for any defects or quality assurance issues! However we also understand that mistakes can happen and we will do everything we can to guarantee the absolute best customer service and satisfaction possible! 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

To start a return, please contact us at support@wheres981.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
